I-485 case remains pending
Just want to get an estimate of how much i485 inventory USCIS is still clearing through despite these FADs being current since January. I'm EB2 ROW, NIW. PD is early August 2022. Filed the I-485 in January 2023 with medicals and completed biometrics in Feb 2023. Last update was Case Remains Pending in July 2023.I-485 Case Remains Pending (EB-3) I-485 (General) My PD is April 2022, and I have an approved I-140. I received an updated status of "Case Remains Pending" in October for my I-485 application. The January 2024 bulletin shows my PD will be current, so can I expect to receive an immediate approval in January 2024?
